I got a few of his tennis balls from Wimbledon 2001 and he signed em up and chatted to us, tops
He cried after he got an 8 minute ovation. Wow. Great speech.

what is citizenship status and how does it differ from citizenship? is it like, your dad is from here, we'll think about it?

Most likely it means he doesn't actually hold an Iranian passport, but could get one just by showing up and asking nicely.
