Didn't they already donate servers/bandwidth? I wouldn't be surprised if wikipedia hasn't been ported over to google's in-house storage language thingy.

ridiculous. There are patents flying around for this kind of stuff, which is because of the way the fucked up patent system works, more than anything. Everyone patents every dumb thing they can think of, regardless, ASAP. That deosn't mean they are looking at implementing it tomorrow.
