Joel is annoying and his success is annoying to some people because the software he sells is crappy and/or written by summer interns yet he manages to, apparently, rake in the dough.  The jobs board thing is a case of meta-money-making (like Donald Trump converting the high profile he built up in real estate into a second revenue stream via a television show) and that also ... is annoying to some folks.

Anyway... Joel is annoying.  Creepy?  Not so much.

He doesn't bother me that much...apart from shutting down ?off and that mostly due to the way he went about it.

But if I was Noah I'd be pissed off. He might not mean it to be demeaning when he refers to him as "summer intern Noah" but it is.

If he found it demeaning, maybe he should've done something different.

Ok, so that's a little harsh. But I'm betting it's worded as such so new readers know who this Noah chap is.
