This is a nice tool.  I wouldn't think of using that apache svn read-only browser.

Does pretty much what you expect from a repository browser kind of like the ones on sourceforge.

Took me a minute to setup including:

30secs - download tomcat
5secs - start tomcat
20 seconds - copy svn.war to tomcat directory.

A PHP version might be lighter.
