Right now, I get paid somewhat above average, and I wish I made more money, but what I get in return is trust.  That's the spiritual attraction to wherever I work. I have to make my bosses understand that I can't always work balls to the wall, that some days, sometimes at least one day a month I will call in at the last moment and not come to work, I'm late most of the time (I come to work at 9:15, no earlier).

It takes a while to build that kind of relationship.  So contracting is probably not a good idea for me.

seriously?  Ive felt insane for years.  I dont think anyone else knows.  Thats a very lonely place to be.

OTOH, Im not sure that a web forum is the best place to get a diagnosis, so Ill remind myself that you may be wrong.
