I actually got tears in my eyes...
I was watching my girls play today, they had been told by Mrs wSV to go to their high chairs for lunch, and they _held hands_, unprompted, and walked there together.
I dont think Ive ever seen anything so beautiful before in my life.
those are actually little people. who knew? and, even better, its _just possible_ that they might like each other.

yeah, that's great. my two do that a lot, or sometimes just cuddle and stuff. they are lots of fun to be with too.

21ish months both of them..fraternal twins.
its an awesomely cute age :)
they saw their first caterpillar today, Mrs wSV saw it on our front step and brought it in.
they were _excited_ and _interested_ and just loved it.
Eldest (by 5 minutes) was still talking about it by bedtime.

wow. yeah, that age is pretty good - they are waking up more and more to what goes on around, and verbalising more too.
actually watching kids develop and learn at any age is a pretty warm experience.

Yeah...my kids actually seem to get along, too. It's pretty cool.

Fear not, they'll grow out of that cuteness soon enough. Wait until they turn 12, and you contemplate retroactive birth control on a regular basis. At least in this house they get easier to deal with as they become teenagers.
That's because at that point they get to actively participate in *real* mayhem, Clay.
That's so cute :-)
