Mushroom sauce.
What to add?
Butter/Olive Oil
Chopped garlic (lots)
Chopped parsley (lots)
Mushrooms (well duh) Swiss Browns if cheap enough.
Pepper (ground large)
Nutmeg (ground small)
Some cornflour
Splash of white (or red) wine
Grill scrapings.
Destination: Steak.

Very light olive oil, too.
Sliced almonds is nice.

I generally serve this up with baked potato wedges:
Lightly oil pan
scrub and roughly cut up potatoes into wedges to fill pan.
Add salt and cajun pepper mix
bake and shake at 200 deg C (400F) until edible.
#1 son insists on adding mayonnaise. Is this normal?

Beer is good unless it's a "world brand" brewed by others.
Mine's a Cooper's Pale Ale or a Pilsner Urquell. What's yours?

Mayo sounds weird but it's actually pretty good with spuds. It's hard to argue with eggs, oil and vinegar.
