Very light olive oil, too.

I generally serve this up with baked potato wedges:
Lightly oil pan
scrub and roughly cut up potatoes into wedges to fill pan.
Add salt and cajun pepper mix
bake and shake at 200 deg C (400F) until edible.
#1 son insists on adding mayonnaise. Is this normal?

Beer is good unless it's a "world brand" brewed by others.
Mine's a Cooper's Pale Ale or a Pilsner Urquell. What's yours?

Mayo sounds weird but it's actually pretty good with spuds. It's hard to argue with eggs, oil and vinegar.
