What does "CL2.5" mean? This will be compatible with my "512 MB Kingston RAM DDR 333" right?

Response time. Yeah, it'll be compatible. Actually any DDR DIMMs are compatible in theory, even ones with different bus speeds, though obviously they won't play very well together.
Two sets of 333MHz DIMMs should work fine together.
