It's the verbal equivilent of keepie-uppie.  One grammatically correct word* per turn, if you finish a sentence you lose.

If you're nice you try to keep the sentence going, if you're not you try to make the person following finish a sentence.

*incomprehensible's fine providing it's grammatically correct.
