If its a voice system just swear into the phone. That worked for me with the phone compay.

It's the Barnes & Noble textbook store, and preferrable to me to the one uptown because the Circuit City I want to go to to return my RAM is walking distance from the textbook store.
And yes it is an automated system. It plays classical music. I've already hung up & resigned myself to take the walk without knowing.
