...I sit down in front of the computer and have to spend maybe 15-30 minutes pissing about on the internet and rereading bug reports or feature ideas before I can get down to it....my mind just reaches a state clear(er) of outside influences.

That didn't use to be so much of a problem when I had heaps of time, but these days that can be a quarter of my coding time wasted.
