Uh...does this mean that anyone and everyone who buys a license gets a copy of ?off for free?

I'm impressed if Joel is of good enough spirits, especially given the comments about him (:-)), to dataclean and then provide the database. Don't really understand why we need a FogBugz license though (just DTS export it as a CSV or an DBF or something).

Heh, that's his new promo:

Oh, and no I'm not Art Wilkins. Just noticed that post. Should have changed the title though as it's jarring jumping back and forth and seeing the same top post.

The whole affair seems sort of like being fired to me. Supplying the database is just like shipping your collection of O'Reilly books, a necessary chore and the professional thing to do.

Yeah, we're being fired from generating back door traffic and benign controversy for JOS. What a deal.

Heh, nice. I'd give it a go if I were him, just for a laugh. :)
I'd like a copy, too.

"Joel has stated that "YOUR ADDRESS IS NEVER REVEALED". This is a statement of a privacy policy"
Who wants to tell Art that for about four weeks muppet could see everything?
BTW, Art Wilkins is an uptight prick.
