So CERN had found a neutrino travelling faster than light -- they thought.  Apparently, a fiber-optic 'reference' cable was loose.  When they tightened it, their 60 nsec timing discrepancy went away.

D'oh.  On the other hand, this means our search for FTL comm gear just got a bit harder.

They should have used those gold-tipped monster cables from Best Buy

They probably already do, which is why it costs about $1 to make each atom of antimatter.
