"SoP, I don't see in the article where Gingrich lied about it under oath - could you quote that bit for me?"
Can everyone take a stab at re-writing the above so it doesn't sound like the poster is a condescending asshole?
I'll go first....
"SoP, to me the difference is that while Gingirch lied and cheated on his wife while railing against a man who lied and cheated on his wife, Clinton also lied under oath in a court of law. Gingrich is a hypocrite. And Clinton, although not a hypocrite in this case, did something worse: He lied under oath."

It was meant to be condescending, so it achieved it's purpose.

Oh yeah, that.
I like pie.
> Gingrich argued in the interview, however, that he should not be viewed as a hypocrite for pursuing Clinton's infidelity.
> "The president of the United States got in trouble for committing a felony in front of a sitting federal judge,"
Gingrich pursued the perjury no the infidelity. Infidelity is possibly allowable, lying under oath ain't (see Scooter Libby case).
Not being able to say "I'm sorry, I did wrong" ... priceless.

Because lying under oath in a farce hearing is something we should all be concerned with.

^^ What I was gonna say.
Because, you know it's a matter of global importance whether I admit to being fellated.

> Gingrich pursued the perjury no the infidelity
This is also BS since Gingrich was also a big values crusader.
