So uhm, I'm not sure where I've been, but this lightscribe drive stuff sounds pretty neat. Does it work like crap?

The blanks are like 3-times the cost of the regular ones, so I've never tested the lightscribe-equipped drive at home.
I don't think the designer software was rated for Vista, either.

I have one. Never actually used the litescribe feature, you just can't get a laptop without one nowadays.
