Everyone has heard of some cruel thing involving cats and ceiling fans. I came up with a new one just now though.

Get some of that invisible fence wire and fasten it to the fan so it spins with it extening from the blade so most of the area of the room is covered. Put the collar on the cat and close off the room. Turn on the fan. Wheeeee!
