LOL

its so beautiful and so ugly on so many levels I feel all shivery inside.

spoilt little girls.

I particularly like:

"for allegedly giving away $400 of shoes without authority."

hmm...Im sure there is another word that could apply in a similar situation....maybe that doesn't apply unless you are poor and ugly

It's interesting that she was allowed to keep her title and will continue on to the miss universe competition.

The problem I have with her is that she says "I am not a criminal" and "We have no convictions. If we had have done something wrong we would have had convictions." The police were wrong to refuse to prosecute after the store owner pressed charges. She stole $410 from her employer! With her notoriety (little girls want to be like her) this is sending the wrong message. I predict that petty crimes by young girls will be increase because of this. After all, stealing is now 'not a crime'.

Hot enough to be forgiven for a little indiscretion, or a whole lot of it... so long as I get to be involved.

"When you are beautiful and good-looking and you're in this industry, there is always going to be someone to pull you down," said Val Lott, the New Zealand director of Miss Universe. "This is nothing other than the tall- poppy syndrome."

In other news, Val Lott has just been hired as GWB's personal PR manager ...
