What amazes me is that he went from the 40's right before 9-11 to the 70's immediately afterwards.

I think you can go down to 5%, but soon after that they impeach you.

Although this is California, which is full of nut-jobs, so he could be a 1% in California and still have the Red states and prevent the impeachment.

The real question is, how much of this rubs off on the generic Republican party.
