As you probably guessed, it's that time at work.  I'm coming up with some BS that will hopefully make them happy.


Career goals:  Should I tell them about the mISV that some friends & I are starting?  And that I pretty much figure I *don't* have a career with them? (which is why I started the mISV to begin with)

Personal Development:  Don't care.  See above.

Individual Accomplishments: I did stuff for you.  You paid me for it.  I'm happy with the arrangement.

Team Accomplishments:  You wanted me to mentor a junior staff member.  We uhhh, don't have any.  Unless you count Samir, who is 10 time zones away and is taking English as a Second Language classes when he's not writing really bad code.
