The picturing people naked thing has never worked for me.  Fortunately I don't get physically ill, so however nervous I am I'll get through it and it will be over.  And StH, you're right, preparation is key.  I'll go home and practice some more, soon.  Oh, and this is a singing performance.  Indian music, so there's a great deal of improv involved, which is what I'm nervous about screwing up. :)

don't over practice though. Just do your normal thing, and once you know you know whatever you need to know, quit and do something else. Dunno about you, but I sometimes used topractice to the point where I was just going backwards by making myself doubt and making it become too mechanical.
