It's almost a done deal - in a few years someone will release "Pixelsquare photoshopping software" and win the case.
Google is also seriously at risk. Xerox seems to have escaped, though I think it's only because digital imaging (scannng/printing) eclipsed photocopying just as they were about to go under.

Screwed is a strong word. The release of other companies 'photoshopping' software would be bad, but until that day comes it's pretty cool having your dominate market position enshirined in common speech.

Yeah, screwed was too strong a word - I didn't mean the whole company; I was thinking in terms of this particular issue.
