I still can't find any info as to how it ended. Was he shot by police or did he kill himself?

My local news - somewhat unreliable, in the heat of the moment said that he shot himself in the back of the head.

That's one person every 10 seconds. He locked all the doors & just started firing. That's no book depository sharp shooting, but if you had a large enough captive audience, I don't see why it would be too difficult.

no conspiracy theory here, but unlike a radical muslim suicide bomber there's no prepackaged ideology to lean on when you start pulling the trigger/pushing the detonator, no 72 virgins to have group sex with for all eternity, he was probably having a psychotic episode, although everything was so premeditated, so maybe not...
