Reading some of his posts, Scott Adams sounds like he's on the verge of a break-down. I could totally have a cup of coffee or a brewski with him, since I relate to his perspective most of the time and find him charming.
He KNEW he couldn't get away with that comic, but he did it anyway just to be difficult. I love it. Doing stupid things like that to waste your time comes easy for people like me, too.
Yeah, but he's a cartoonist. It probably took him all of 5 minutes to draw that. And I'm sure it was hugely satisfying to vent that way.
And THEN he gets to show it to all of us! Ah, he's da Man.

by the way, have you ever seen lifetime customer service people who have the dreaded "chair butt"?
It is an awful affliction, indeed, when coupled with 100 extra pounds of fat all smushed and deformed.
Yea, Scott's the man. You never know what's up his sleeve. And I think he would've thought about whatever needs to be thought about and still done it.
