war on terror is a bullshit lie
For example: a few months ago I read two unrelated articles - one that tallied the number of terrorism related deaths in the USA over the last ten years, the other that tallied the number of deaths caused by deer-vehicle crashes in the same time span. While reading the deer article I made a surprising connection: For nine of the last ten years, deer have killed more people on American soil than terrorists (2001 being the exception).

So where is our war on deer?

>[Mitt Romney] Said the country would be safer by only "a small percentage" and would see "a very insignificant increase in safety" if al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden was caught because another terrorist would rise to power. "It's not worth moving heaven and earth spending billions of dollars just trying to catch one person," Romney said.

I see. So a person can murder 3000 Americans and the republican'ts can't be bothered to hunt the murderer down? Because some other bambi would come along? Then what the fuck was the real reason for invading Iraq and Afghanistan? Oh yeah, it was oil for their cronies.

"Philo voted for Bush. Both times."
You know what amazes me? I mentioned once that I voted for Bush in 2000, and everyone remembers that. Then in 2004 I promised to vote Democrat and I did vote for Kerry, and I've ranted about it so many times since, but nobody ever remembers that bit.
Maybe anyone who thinks I voted for Bush twice needs to reexamine your worldview and how you pigeonhole people instead of actually thinking of them as individuals. Especially since a few of the people who do it are ones that rail at having that done to them...
