Bullet, wins hands down. About 15 hubcaps fall of the car McQueen is pursuing and they pass the same green VW beetle 8 or 9 times:

The Bourne supremacy had a pretty good car chase.

There is an amateur film of a guy racing through Paris early in the morning that Jonathan Ross once screened that was pretty good.

There was some good driving in 'Fear is the key' and it was the next film made by Barry Newman after 'Vanishing Point'.
