The only thing which beats a farming simulator is a fishing simulator. Initially I thought it is a joke, but there are real people playing these things - one of my colleagues does so during 8 hour flights for instance.

I'm considering getting Farming Simulator for the kids -- almost like a Lemonade Stand for the modern generation.

I remember playing some primitive crop game in public school.

I have that farm sim game, but haven't had time to play it. Some years ago, I had a copy of the John Deere sim game, but misplaced it.

There are a number of fishing games for the xbox 360, some come with a controller shaped like a fishing rod.
