Natalie Portman???

>11. Eliza Dushku
Her butchy turn as a former gymnast-turned-cheerleader in Bring It On (2000) gave chain wallets a good name, but Eliza's role as Faith on Buffy the Vampire Slayer — with all of her swagger and deadly, seductive skill — firmly cemented her role as a lesbian icon.

SO in other words, in order to be an alpha lesbian, you should be as much like a man as possible.

I thought lesbians were into WOMEN?

It isn't just about beauty. It is about brains, too.

Portman is a Harvard grad.  Not that big a deal, but rare among "starlets".

George Bush is a Yale grad.  Have you ever heard Natalie actually SPEAK when she's not reading lines?  Ugh.

"What makes this list superior is these are good looking women who also have other qualities, intelligence, talent, integrity, etc. Rather than just picking sexy chicks who in many cases may be otherwise worthless."

From reddit comments.

Also, the sorts of lists you see on Maxim.com and SpikeTV are deliberately exaggerated.  Publications "for men" compete with each other to see who can be the most over the top  and the most misogynistic, which includes implying that men prefer a great set of tits over any brains.

*yawn*

"implying that men prefer a great set of tits over any brains. "

Uh, yeah.  They do.  There are exceptions, of course, but rich men don't pick the brainy girl.  And when they do...look at Kerry's wife how the public pretty much labeled her a "beast".

So your metric for men's preferences is what rich men like?  As if rich men are the most pure?

I guess you think since they're rich, they can get whoever they want, so they go after tits.  This mindset shows your incredible contempt for men loud and clear.

Rich guys are, generally, shallow guys.  They're not rich because they're sensitive and moralistic.  Also, when the girlfriend you're with is the one you could buy with flashy clothes and a fast car, you don't actually have your pick of the litter.  You have your pick of gold diggers.  As long as you're going for gold diggers, why not the one with the big tits?

MAJOR cognitive impediment you've got there, shark.

What I mean to say is I bet you think since they're rich, and can get whoever they want, and they go after tits, tits must be what all mean *really* would go for if they had their druthers.  The rest flows from there.

shark -

And if that's what you think, it shows your unbelievable (and unjustified) contempt for men.

You get all hot under the collar whenever anybody says anything the least bit misogynistic, but to you, your man-hating is perfectly justified.

Get fucked.

I hardly think that because I think most, not all, men think with their penis when it comes to choosing a woman to sleep with that I am somehow a "man-hater".

I could very well be a man-hater, but that's not sufficient proof.

Yeah, that's a pretty contemptible assumption to make, shark.

Men are visually stimulated more than women are, MAYBE, but that stimulation doesn't happen in a vacuum.  Yes, there are shallow men around.  There are probably just as many shallow women.  A quick glance at pop culture shows this loud and clear.

Admit your bias.

All I gotta say is that list made a hell of a distraction from work.

As for Eliza Dushku, if you're into chicks and you don't think she's hot you probably need your pulse checked.

What I really liked is that a lot of women who don't normally make those lists showed up.  I fell in love with Amber Benson's character on Buffy, saw her in other contexts and realized she was actually pretty hot (she always looked too run down and depressed on Buffy).  Now I'll watch even known pieces of crap just to see her.  Also, she seems to be pretty ambitious and have decent business sense, which I think is cool.

And a nice rack doesn't hurt.

What do you mean her weight?  I can't tell from the pics because some show her thick, others show her thin.

I think mostly she's not heavy, she's just got a very full set of curves.  A little research put her at 118 at one point on Buffy, which just seems ridiculously tiny to me.  Of course, my wife is 5'10", at which height that would be more like dangerously tiny.  Might bias my idea of what a proper weight is.

Let's see.  Paris Hilton's jail records say she is 5'8" and 115 pounds.  That is ridiculously thin in my book.  I'm the same height and I am very sure I was heavier than 115 even when I was a skinny 17 year old (I maxed my height at 17-18 years old).

I think a woman 5'7 to 5'10 looks good with at LEAST 135 pounds to maybe 160, depending on distribution. :)  No, I'm not 160.
