Another exercise trickOn the treadmill when I do the fox walk I go faster. It's explained here: http://anthropik.com/2007/06/learning-to-walk/. I walk slow so this may not work for anyone else, but it did do some good for me.
too many responses, not enough time ...
1) foxy laaady! 2) does the treadmill run Win98? be careful, sometimes it doesn't work 3) that's a good position for picking strawberries. no really ... what do we need to walk this way? new shoes? more sensitive? i saw a pair of Adidas in the store the other day and the bottom was half flexible plastic and half metal mesh (those must breathe like the wind). first manufacturer to design custom-fit mass-produceably cheap shoes, wins. I recently saw an ad for shoes that were little more than a rubber sole and separate compartments for each toe. I think it was for people who like to hike with a connection to the earth, but still needed some protection from sharp rocks, sticks, etc.
I wish I could remember where I saw it... That hell on your back though? Certainly didn't look comfortable.
That's them. Thanks, SoP.
