Reconciling assholes for nearly a decade.

Is it good to live in USA?

We now count over 300,000,000 million.

What is the meaning of living in USA now? (except for money...)

the meaning of life here varies from person to person.

personally Ive decided to dedicate my life to helping AG understand privacy issues on the internet.

so far, progress is slow.

but, thats ok, because focusing on it has given my life a greater meaning.

Yes, it's fucking great to live in the fucking USA.  We have the highest (well, among the highest) standards of living on the planet.  We consume 60% of the world's resources.  We drive our OWN PERSONAL CAR whenever and whereever we want to go.

We got the Grand Canyon, mountains, rivers, a volcano or two (more in Hawaii).  We got coal out the ass, we have natural gas, we even have oil (not enough, but we got it).

We've got close to the highest standard of education (at college level, if not before).  We've got freedom, baby, freedom to say almost anything we want (hate speech is still possible but not recommended).  We've got equality of sexes, freedom of religion, freedom of press.

I LOVE the USA.  It's freaking BRILLIANT to live here.

I'm fond of the UK. All the foreigners here complain about it, including Americans, but I'm reassured that there seems to be an awful lot of them who chose to live here and despite complaining they don't appear to want to leave.

Yeah, the USA is number 1! Not like those other countries, that don't speak American.

I'm sorry, didn't I mention I'm quite fond of the UK as well?  And Ireland, Scottland, Wales.  And Germany, France, Italy, Spain.  Oh, and CANADA, eh, wonderful people in Canada.

Israel is quite nice.  And Greece -- ah, now there's a country.

Mexico is pretty good, though apt to make a Westerner impatient.  Then there's Japan.  And Korea.  And Australia.  Oh, and the Scandinavian countries, they're widely advertised as having the BEST standards of living.

I'm sure Russia is quite nice.  And China, though the totalitarian thing reduces the attraction for me a bit.

Basically, 2007 is pretty good.  No more world wars.  Little brush wars that SEEM pretty huge.

I don't mean to insult any country I haven't mentioned, it's just that freedom and access to resources are wonderful, wonderful things.  I highly recommend them for everyone.
