Sanding our assholes with 150 grit.

I am so out of shape

Damn, I rode my daughter's bike to the chiropracter's today. About an hour of riding in 95 (35) degree heat. I think I'm gonna pass out.

I see why I gave up the bicycle at 16.

When the temp is over 90 (F), I find that my performance on the bike is about 1/2 what it is when the temps are in the 60s/low 70s. Exercising outdoors in this heat involves sweating faster than my body can absorb water: I have to drink so fast I want to puke.

Shouldnt be riding in this weather. Shouldnt try to ride that far if out of shape (how do you get home if there are problems?). Maybe one should go to chiropractor before riding bike.

Why riding a bike for that long, in this weather, out of shape when it's probably the wrong size for you?

Why? Because my daughter had the car. First time I rode a bike in order to get somewhere in about 30 years.

It may slowly destroy the world, but the internal combustion engine has its pluses, too.

It was indeed a very odd sequence of decisions.
