he was convicted of misappropriation of company money in 2005 and is serving 8 years.

he stole between $150 - $400 million from the owners of the company.

around the time of the trial his lifestyle became an issue in the media, thousands of dollars for a shower curtin, a million dollars of company money for his wife's birthday. that sort of eye catching stuff.

Coming clean, I don't think I've ever purchased a cupcake in my life. However, all pastry items at cafes in SF are usually at least $2.

But these were *RED VELVET* cupcakes. I don't know what this is exactly. But it's like a fad squared.

The funny thing we asked when they close, and the baker woman was like ... "Um, 9, but if there's no one here I'll close earlier and go home."
