Wish me luck, I was kind of worried about the security issues and the issue of not having a central server. But it looks interesting and I think an growning kind of standard.

How is this related to ClaimID? I am unclear on the link between the two.

You can use your ClaimID as an OpenID, and you can also aggregate profile information there, like other places you have OpenIDs registered. I have an account at myopenid.com and one at claimid.com because they are used in different ways. I use the myopenid more.

Great. Instead of only worrying about what MS is going to do with all my personal info I have to worry about what *everyone* is going to do with my personal info.
