My SO's modus operandi to ensuring a FBRD:

"Yes" and the FBRD is followed by crazy vigorous sex (CVS), while "no" is followed by "Goodnight I love you" and a peck on the cheek, with no CVS to be had.

It's kinda pavlovian and I don't know how healthy long term, but it works in the now.
