Not only can you get beer in (some) German McDonald's, the Big Mac also come with an extra large complementary serving of snot on them!

At least in Toronto you can get beer with your mcburger.

the sweet taro pies in beijing were good.  in HK they had a chocolate dipped cone for HK$5, which was a good deal.  the only thing I remember about europe (eg italy) was thay they had the nice deep-fried pies, not the baked ones you get in n america  I don't recall anything special about the food in russia, just that it was mostly the same and easy to order despite the language issue.

It really isn't all that great. Most Americans I know bitch and moan no matter the different choices or how exotic they look.  Many claim the meat will taste different, the ketchup or sauce is flavored funky, the bread is too thick/thin, consistencies are weird, etc.
