Yeah, it took a year and a half to get a restraining order. Not exactly a model of a functioning justice system. This boy really needs a 9mm solution, not a restraining order.

They issued him a court order to be good on penalty of five years incarceration. Are you seriously saying that they should execute a 12 year old?

Just sayin' that this doesn't sound like someone who should be rehabbed. 5 years incarceration looks like a good start, and a step that should have been taken a few years ago. But I don't think anybody will cry when this kid turns into a float fish, and he most certainly will if he keeps on at this rate.
