If by innocent you mean all they found was feathers that he was spitting out, yes, he's innocent.  But we've got witnesses who can put him under the bird feeder within 15 minutes of Cock Robbin's demise, and another half dozen who heard him talking about doing it in the catnip patch earlier that day.  Irving's headed for the big house.
