Curious what your hunger signs are. As in, how can you tell it's time to eat?
For me:
- lack of concentration (this is the earliest sign)
- tiredness
- faintness
Occasionally I have a growling stomach but that's usually not hunger, that's a sugar crash. I get that about a half hour after I drink soda, for instance.

Yea; tired in a loopy, dizzy state kind of way. Load growl of the stomach.
Add headache and a strong desire to bite for me.
with the heat and humidity of summer I feel so gross that eating often seems revolting to me, and I really don't get hungry. I just nibble on something (somewhat) healthy every couple hours to keep my energy up and drink lots of water.
During winter, I get massive hunger pangs, become weak, stomach growl, easily annoyed after 4 hours without a large, heavy meal.

I know I'm hungry when I ... feel hungry.

I get a rumbly in my tumbly and then I sing a little song:
When I up, down and touch the ground
It puts me in the mood,
Up, down and touch the ground
In the mood... for food
I am stout, round and I have found
Speaking poundage wise
I improve my appetite
When I exercise
I am short, fat and proud of that
And so, with all my might
I up, down and up, down to
My appetite's delight
While I up, down and touch the ground
I think of things to chew, like honey
With a hefty happy appetite
I'm a hefty happy Pooh
With a hefty happy appetite
He's a hefty happy Pooh

And now the sunny weather is coming back so we can go to the beach and play in the sand some more.
I don't have much Pooh stuff on DVD, but those Sherman Brothers' songs are so good...

Light-headed and headache-y. If my stomach is growling I'm 90% of the time already nursing a headache.
Usually some kind of inner voice that says it's time to eat now. It depends on routine and habit, and also on sociability and pleasure. I will eat if there are other people around who are eating too, and sometimes I just think to myself "I'm bored -- I know, I'll make something to eat."
Work days I generally eat at lunchtime, but weekend days I normally skip lunch and have my meal in the evening.
I don't generally feel physical hunger signs except if I eat nothing at all I will feel restless and find it difficult to sleep.
