Well, if an Airline Pilot boards a plane drunk (which happens from time to time) I think it's the Airline's problem,  no?

Not to say the Airline APPROVES of that sort of behavior.  And neither does NASA.

I think you'd have to be drunk to have 535,000 gallons of liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen propellant strapped to your vehicle and then ignited.
