In the evening, kids park their SUVs into the bus stop right below my window and blast hiphop (and, oddly, classic 70's disco like ).

During the day my neighbor sings opera so loud it cascades down the street.

Sometimes day and evening overlap, and both seem ok with that.

This technique has caught in worldwide then. Sydney pumps out Barry Manilow,  Melbourne Bing Crosby ...
