This guy Kelly Rushing was passing out free videotapes of Ron Paul being interviewed on CNN. The police reviewed the things that Ron Paul had said in the tapes on CNN about getting rid of Big Brother US government, and then arrested Kelly Rushing for making terrorist threats against the government of the United States.

The judge agreed, but changed the charge to 'making menacing threats' and then 'harassment' and he is going to trial and faces a year in prison.

More importantly he's violating CNN's copyright!
