not exactly, but I've seen a degree of effort devoted to it by right wing political groups that really looked like someone wasn't doing much else all day.
the result was that a group which is well known for having roots in extreme right wing organisations, with violent history, looked kind of squeaky clean.

I used to work for the UK civil service and one of my colleagues was a devoted Wikipedia editor.
