I misread the headline whale dies in Thames
and thought of fluffy bunnies.
Cower before my devastating wit muppet.

42 = The Babel Fish <proves non-existence of god etc>
The rest will be reinstated when I get home and forward the two text files to FlasherT.
Do please keep up.

No I just wanted to see if the forum would stick on a floating point. :-)

I imagine 19.00 is a fucking moron about a fixed point.
Ever watch the show "Good Eats"? Caught a dubious episode recently (one where he made granola bars with sunflower seeds STILL IN THE SHELL. Yummy!) where after he made home-made power bars he detailed the nutritional content. Well apparently he had some confusion between precision and accuracy, because his nutritional breakdown was like
"Sodium 42.76 mg
Carbohydrates 13.92 g
..."
When you're haphazardly tossing together varying organic goods in a flexible way, are you _sure_ that it's 42.76mg of sodium? Geesh, that brought Flashbacks of grade 9 science class, carefully documenting measurements to the 4th decimal place, only to have the teacher rightfully berate us for being idiots.
It seems that if a post consists of nothing but a number followed by a full stop, it gets padded to 2 decimal places... We need a code review! :)

Heh, that's weird.
BTW: Muppet, full-stop means period in crazy UKanian.
Is that the `benefit' of a weakly typed system showing through?
I think I remember what 39. means...

Hmm...
You can do a type cast in PHP if you really need to, iirc
