You CAN'T register, because the registration page isn't done yet.
It's on the Waterfall Process, and it's being held at <drum-roll> Niagara Falls! yay!
It's got a few links to Scott Ambler, well-known (and excellent) Agile Process guy.
It talks about CMM Level 6 -- because 6 is better than 5!
(Now, there've been only 5 CMM levels, and as far as I know only a few (like 5, MAYBE as many as 10) companies have made CMM-5, Boeing among them)
So, it's a joke, but a well done joke. If you're an SEI/CMM/DOD/SEPG kind of person.
