Actually it's only broken in the ?off template because one of our mods is a moron. :)

I'd fix it but I've had the power taken from me. Ah well.

It wasn't an offtopic moderator - those links are new and were obviously just added. As that sidebar panel is all one piece of text, presumably one of the JOSers did it forum by forum, and maybe screwed up just this one (though after the OP posted their thing, I checked the main forum and it was there as well)

Thanks. I don't think any of the fogcreek-specific forums (i.e. CityDesk/FogBugz/Copilot) were on the off-topic forum before.

BTW, when I made the OP, I did check the other forums and they seemed to be okay.
