MMmmmmm... oh bad thoughts! bad thoughts!
I recently saw the new Bewitched movie staring Nichole Kidman and I was amazed at how YOUNG she looked. She looked younger in that movie than in anything I'd ever seen her in before -- simply amazing!

Why do you think she's home-schooled?

It's only a guess, but maybe the "quote" that he "quoted".

Because the article states she is homeschooled.
I'm not sure why the writer of the article felt the need to point it out though.
I love when a bunch of people get into a thread and start having independant conversations. It's fun watching their hair ruffle as points go whizzing by.
"Why do you think she's home-schooled?"
I meant that looking like *that* as a 15 year old would make her the target of unwanted attention - from students and teachers - and it makes sense that she's homeschooled.
Throw in a budding movie career and it makes even more sense.

she doesn't look like she is 15 because her makeup is professionally applied. Lot's of the cues that you get from a teenagers face can be changed with makeup, but because they are just learning how to apply makeup, if they try to make themselves look older, it looks as bad as their driving.
The other cues you get from a person's body that help you determine age are harder to see in a picture. (like body fat distribution).
OTOH, guys have a harder time changing their apparent age b/c on of the biggest cues comes from the nose and ears. Testosterone causes earlobes and noses to continue growing for a males whole life. There was a study were they changed pictures of guys and had people guess their age. The size of the nose and earlobe greatly outwieght anything like hair, wrinkles, or fat content in the guesses.

What is odd about looking like that at 15? When I was 15 in high school, pretty much all the girls in my class looked like that. Americans have this crazy idea that women don't look like women until they are 18???

I agree with you Ian Boys. All my junior high girl friends, as well as the ones who ignored me, were super hot like that.Sigh. I remember olive Sydney, Julie who looked like Brooke Shields, hazel-eyed cinnamon brown Lisa...mixed kids ghetto.
No fair fishing a baited patch, sharky.
