Jukebox webpage for intranet

Does anyone here know if there exists something for Windows that is similar to Tunez (http://tunez.sourceforge.net) for Linux? It´s a webpage that´s the office jukebox, people vote on what songs to listen to next, and those get bumped up to the top of the playlist. The playlist is then streamed out so everyone can listen to it in their headphones. At a previous workplace we used Tunez and it worked great, you got the chance to hear some new music but at this place I´m at now I really need something similar for windows. Suggestions?

Windows XP MCE comes with a "party mode" plugin for WMP10 (which I assume is available for download if you don't have MCE), but it's not remotable by default. There is also a web interface for WMP (the name of which escapes me, but it behaves a lot like Google and is pretty slick), so it may be possible to combine the two in some way.

(Ah, I forgot the streaming element. Roll your own -- it's probably fairly easy to do.)

Found one. It's gone a bit stale (no updates for over 2 years) and I'm not sure if it does exactly what you want, but it's close and it's OSS so you can add to it if need be:

There are probably more, but I'm bored of looking...
