Congrats. That's a good thing. Either things will improve there, which is good, or they won't and you'll be finding another job soon, which is probably better.

I've figured it out! Your boss use to post on JOS as Joeseph and he finally clicked on your link and found out who you really are. He was unable to deal with the manly way that you destroyed him here :)

Just to make you feel really paranoid (like you need this):

If you post to JOS from work, your manager could have gotten URLs you visit from the corporate proxy server and possibly could have visited JOS to see what you were doing here so often, and 'made' you from your posts.
