Leech Man has been cursing at his monitor all week
and is particularly loud this morning.
I think that maybe he's going to lose it very soon.
This ought to be interesting.
From "Resident Evil Outbreak cheats, codes, and hints":
Try to avoid the Leech Man, or if you have low health and/or you are bleeding and he charges at you, tackle him or use a Scrub Brush to push him back.

"Leech Man" is so named because of his habit of following around and attempting to engage in trivial conversation for the remainder of the day anyone who makes the fatal mistake of saying "Good Morning" to him.
Some of those hints are not just for games..

Ahh...that LM can't pick up on the fact that people want him to shut the eff up certainly suggests a possibility that he may well be socially mal-adjusted and/or mentally unstable at the core. Watch out if he snaps.
I'm with Larry David -- there's nothing worse than the "Stop and Chat", especially when you're stuck in a "Stop and Chat" with someone who doesn't know when to stop the "Stop and Chat".

When faced with people I don't feel like talking to, I revert to monosyllabic replies. Noncommittal grunts work, too.
"Nice day we're having."
"Hunh."
"How 'bout them Pacers?"
"Eh."
"Glad to see some sunshine. Aren't you?"
"Yup."
"Uh...ok...hey, Betty! Nice day we're having..."
For a moment there I thought your co-workers called you Betty and I imagined you in a red gingham dress.
Thankfully I can now banish this unsightly mental image.
Bwah-ha-ha-ha...god, that truly *is* an awful mental image. I'm much too hairy for that to look good.
Go scour out your skull.
