Hmm thats a tough one, I agree with you...but I think i'd have to go with the majority on this one. If it came down to working on weekends and 80 hour weeks at a place that gave me a great learning opportunity, or a job that just let me put in the 9-5 and get the same paycheck, i'd have to go with the latter.

60 hours week is the max I can tolerate (in the long run)

37.5 -- I did the 60+ hour week thing, and it sucked balls. I'm much happier now being paid less but actually having a life outside of work...

I guess they are looking for something just a little bit better than their last job, but basically the same job anyway.
