CoT: definitely not going to bomb a plane

Say what?

One of our customers wrote the following to their staff and vendors as "advice" on how to handle interaction with new employees at customer sites:

"I don't know what procedure our customers are supposed to follow when they hire a new user, but I gather many of our customers don't know it either."

It goes on to say:

"Basically, if you suspect you're doing
something for a new employee, please ask for more information."

No kidding...
